Cookie Policy

This page lists the cookies and similar technologies Stickstories uses, what each one is for and how to switch off the ones that are not essential.

1. What a cookie is

A cookie is a small file a site stores in your browser to remember something between visits, such as whether you are signed in. We also use browser local storage, which works the same way for this purpose: it keeps data on your device and is not sent to us unless the app asks for it.

2. Essential cookies

These cannot be switched off without breaking the service. The session cookie keeps you signed in while you use the panel. The XSRF-TOKEN cookie protects forms against cross-site request forgery. The "locale" cookie remembers whether you are browsing in English, Spanish or Portuguese so we can serve you the right language. None of them are used for advertising.

3. Analytics cookies

We use Microsoft Clarity to see how the site is used and where people get stuck, in aggregate. Where enabled, we may also use Google Analytics 4 or PostHog for the same purpose. These tools set their own cookies and are governed by their own privacy policies. They are not needed for the service to work, and blocking them changes nothing about what you can do here.

4. Payment cookies

Payments are processed by Stripe. When you open the checkout or the billing portal, Stripe sets its own cookies to run the payment and detect fraud. We never see or store your card details.

5. What we do not use

We do not sell your data and we do not run advertising or retargeting cookies of our own on this site.

6. How to control cookies

Every browser lets you see, block or delete cookies from its settings, either for all sites or for this one. Bear in mind that blocking the essential cookies will sign you out and stop the panel from working. To opt out of analytics you can block third-party cookies or use your browser "do not track" and tracking-protection settings.

7. Changes and contact
