These Terms govern your use of Stickstories. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.

1. The service

Stickstories lets you design, schedule and automatically publish Instagram Stories, posts and reels, and manage several Instagram accounts from one dashboard. Features may change over time as we improve the product.

2. Account and eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information. You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for all activity under your account.

3. Connecting Instagram

To publish on your behalf you connect your Instagram/Meta accounts through their official systems. You must comply with Instagram and Meta terms and policies. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta or Instagram.

4. Subscriptions, payments and refunds

Paid plans are billed per connected account through our payment provider (Stripe), with volume discounts where indicated. There is no lock-in: you can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Stickstories for spam, illegal content, infringing material or any activity that violates third-party rights or platform policies. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.

6. Availability and liability

We work hard to keep the service reliable but provide it "as is", without guarantees of uninterrupted publishing. As with any automation tool, we cannot guarantee that every Story will be published. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months.
