This policy explains what data Stickstories collects, why, and your rights over it.

1. Who we are

Stickstories is the data controller for the personal data processed through the service. For any privacy matter, contact info@stickstories.app.

2. Data we collect

Account data (name, email), Instagram/Meta connection tokens needed to publish on your behalf, the content you create and schedule, billing data processed by Stripe (we never store full card numbers), and usage and device data.

3. Why we use it (legal basis)

To provide and operate the service (performance of a contract), to bill subscriptions, to communicate with you, to improve the product, and to comply with legal obligations.

4. Sharing with third parties

We share data only with providers needed to run Stickstories: Meta/Instagram (to publish), Stripe (payments), and hosting, email and analytics providers. They process data on our behalf under appropriate agreements. We do not sell your data.

5. Retention

We keep your data while your account is active and as needed to provide the service or comply with the law. You can request deletion at any time.

6. Your rights

You can access, correct, delete, restrict or port your data, and object to certain processing. Write to info@stickstories.app to exercise your rights. If you are in the EU, you may also lodge a complaint with your data protection authority.

7. Cookies and security

We use essential cookies to keep you logged in and may use analytics cookies to improve the product. We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data.
