Which interactive sticker to use
Poll gives two to four options and a clean percentage split, best for quick opinions. Slider measures intensity rather than choice, useful for reactions. Quiz has a correct answer and works for teaching or testing product knowledge. Question opens a free-text box and is the one that fills a Q&A round or gives you content ideas in the words your audience actually uses. Countdown is not a question but it collects reminders, which is the closest thing to an email list inside Stories.
Designing a Story that gets answered
Keep the sticker in the middle band of the slide, away from the top and bottom 250 pixels where Instagram draws its own interface and thumbs rest. Ask one thing per Story. Make both options plausible: a poll where one answer is obviously right gets a vote but no information. And follow up on the next slide with the result, because that is what turns a vote into a conversation.
Scheduling them without losing them
This is where most schedulers break down. Instagram official API cannot publish Stories that contain stickers, so tools built on it either flatten the sticker into a picture of a poll or notify you to add it by hand.
